The platform reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate accounts in case of false data, invalid documents, or violation of these terms.

3. Teacher Qualifications and Scope of Service

The teacher commits to providing truthful details regarding qualifications, experience, and recitations/skills offered. The teacher must:

  • Refrain from claiming unverified qualifications, certifications, or experience.
  • Refrain from providing education in fields where they lack appropriate qualifications.
  • Adhere to the details based on which their account was verified.
  • Notify platform management immediately of any significant changes in credentials.

The platform reserves the right to audit teacher qualification data at any time and take necessary actions if discrepancies are found.

4. Delivering Educational Sessions

The teacher commits to conducting sessions booked through the platform as scheduled. The teacher must:

  • Commit to the session time and start punctually.
  • Deliver the session to the specific student who booked the slot.
  • Utilize session time exclusively for the agreed-upon learning activity.
  • Treat students with utmost respect and politeness.
  • Not end sessions early without a valid, legitimate reason.
  • Not request additional payments outside the platform's approved system.
  • Not redirect students to off-platform payment or booking methods to bypass rules.

If unable to conduct a session, the teacher must notify the student and platform management as soon as possible and follow cancellation/rescheduling protocols.

5. Punctuality and Attendance

Punctuality is a core responsibility of the teacher.

If the teacher is late, they must compensate the student for the affected time lost.

Repeated tardiness or absences without valid reasons are strictly prohibited.

If the teacher fails to attend, the session is not deducted from the student's balance nor credited to the teacher, and will be handled via platform policies (rescheduling or disciplinary action).

Frequent tardiness or absence may negatively affect the teacher's rating, visibility on the platform, or account status.

6. Session Cancellation and Rescheduling

Teachers must adhere to the platform's cancellation and rescheduling policy. Teachers can cancel/reschedule sessions, but frequent cancellations without valid justification or using cancellation to pressure students are strictly prohibited.

Students can request cancellation up to 4 hours before session start time. Teachers have the right to review the request and decide per system permissions.

If approved, the session is not deducted from the student's balance nor credited to the teacher, following standard rescheduling procedures.

If rejected, the session remains active at its scheduled time, and the teacher must attend unless management intervenes.

In emergency cases preventing teachers from conducting sessions, they must notify the student and administration immediately.

The platform reserves the right to update prices, fee structures, or commission rates in accordance with its policies.

10. Payments and Payouts

Irtaqi is committed to providing teachers with a clear and reliable payout process. Teacher earnings are calculated based on completed and approved sessions. The platform's current commission is 25% of the total value of the teacher's sessions, and the remaining 75% is paid to the teacher through the registered payment method between the 28th and 30th of each month.

Irtaqi aims to reduce the platform commission in the future as the platform grows and the number of students and sessions increases, creating a sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship between the platform and its teachers.

The teacher is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information and ensuring that the registered payment method is valid and able to receive payouts. In the event of incorrect payment information or a delay in receiving the payout, the teacher should contact Irtaqi's support team through the available support channels so that the issue can be reviewed and resolved.

Irtaqi may temporarily withhold or delay any earnings related to a transaction that is under review, dispute, or suspected violation until the relevant investigation and verification process has been completed.
