When booking a session:
- The student must adhere to the scheduled time.
- The student is responsible for verifying booking details before confirmation.
- The student must maintain proper conduct and respect the teacher throughout the session.

4. Adherence to Session Schedules
- The student commits to attending at the scheduled time.
- If the student arrives late, the delay counts toward session time; teachers are not obliged to extend sessions.
- If a student fails to attend without following cancellation procedures, the session is considered consumed.
5. Session Cancellation & Rescheduling
Session cancellation or rescheduling depends on approved platform policies and booking types.
In general, students cannot cancel confirmed sessions independently except via platform tools or contacting administration with valid reasons.
If an issue prevents attendance, cancellation requests can be submitted to the teacher at least 4 hours before the session. Requests under 4 hours are not allowed.
If accepted by the teacher, the session is not deducted and will be rescheduled.
If rejected, the session remains active, requiring student attendance or administrative escalation.
To maintain commitment, students are allowed:
- 2 cancellation requests if they hold 8 or more sessions.
- 1 cancellation request if they hold 4 sessions.
- 0 requests via system if holding under 4 sessions (cancellation rests solely with teacher or administration).
If holding under 4 sessions with compelling circumstances, students may contact the teacher or support for case evaluation.
In all cases, if sessions cannot occur due to teacher absence or platform technical failure, session balances are restored for rescheduling.
6. Payments
- Students agree to pay service fees prior to consumption via supported payment gateways.
- Students are responsible for validating payment information and completing transactions.
- Transactions are considered complete only after platform payment confirmation.
- In case of payment deductions without balance top-up, students must provide transaction proof to support.
- Upon verifying successful payment failures due to technical errors, the platform will credit balances accordingly.
7. Refunds
- Once sessions start after subscription, unused balances are non-refundable and non-transferable to other teachers solely for preference changes.
- Disputes with teachers must be submitted to administration for case evaluation.
- If a teacher cannot continue or is suspended, remaining balances are handled as determined by management (including rescheduling or balance transfer).
- Filing a complaint does not automatically guarantee refunds; cases are reviewed individually.
